Products and use

We aim to describe our products accurately. Product appearance, including the appearance of RGB lighting in photos or on different screens, may vary. Check the product details and follow the supplied instructions. Securely attach any lighting accessory before use, and use skates in accordance with the rink or venue's rules. Do not use a product that appears damaged or insecurely attached.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes that we collect, is displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Customs duties or charges collected by third parties may apply to international deliveries; see our Shipping Policy. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, an address needs correction, or a clear pricing error occurred. If we cannot fulfill an order that has been paid for, we will refund the affected amount.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
