Order processing

Underglow prepares orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. We will email you when your order has shipped.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated transit time is 8–10 business days after dispatch for eligible destinations. The combined estimated time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 9–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Availability, shipping options, and shipping charges for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking details will be emailed when available. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch. Delivery can take longer because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address. If we become aware that we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund before shipment.

International orders and charges

For cross-border orders, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees may apply. Amounts we collect will be shown at checkout. Other amounts, if applicable, may be assessed by local authorities or the carrier. Please check the rules for your destination or contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Delivery questions

Please enter a complete delivery address and check it before ordering. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email theunderglow@outlook.com with your order number so we can investigate. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
